A Curry in a Hurry!
To make a delicious curry in no time, simply add onions and a tin of chopped tomatoes to the paste. Then enjoy experimenting by adding different combinations of meat, vegetables, fish, lentils and even fruit.
1. Fry one large onion until golden brown.
2. Add 400g chopped tomatoes, 100g Shemin's Curry Paste and cook gently for five minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
3. Add 900g of your favourite ingredients. Cook until done. Add juice of one lemon.
Tip: Try adding natural yoghurt, coconut milk or sour cream.
